What is ENTJ like?

When you spot a problem, you get moving, spelling out exactly who will do what. You're not afraid to make decisions, and you shine when there's responsibility to take on.

You have little patience for exchanges that don't lead directly to results, and in your hurry others can get left behind. Showing that you welcome pushback earns you people's trust.
