How does the test work?

You answer 72 questions, each on a 5-point scale. Based on your scores on four dimensions (Energy, Perception, Decisions, and Lifestyle), we determine which of the 16 core types you are. We then place you in one of four subtypes based on the combination of Assertive / Cautious and Goal-driven / Exploratory, for a total of 64 possible types. All scoring is done on our servers.

How long does it take?

There are 72 questions, and it takes about 12 minutes. Your results will be more consistent if you go with your first instinct rather than overthinking your answers.

If I stop partway through, can I pick up where I left off?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you use the same device and the same browser. If you clear your browser data or switch to a different device, you'll need to start over.

Are the results a medical diagnosis?

No. This test offers information to support self-understanding. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

What do I get when I purchase?

You'll be able to read a detailed report on your type on the web (your score and explanation for each of the four dimensions, your strengths, common stumbling blocks, and ways to grow), and you can also save it as a PDF. You'll also get to try the Growth Plan (daily training and progress tracking).

What is the "3-day trial"?

Purchasing the personality report ($0.99) includes a 3-day trial of the Growth Plan. When the trial ends, the Growth Plan continues automatically and you'll be charged $49.00 every month.If you cancel by the last day of the trial, you won't be charged for the Growth Plan. What is the Career Potential Report?

It's an additional report that applies your type's tendencies to work situations. It's a one-time payment of $15.00 and does not renew automatically. Purchasing it is optional; we'll offer it right after your first payment.

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can use a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never store your card number.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you cancel by the last day of the trial, you won't be charged $49.00. After canceling, you can keep using the Growth Plan until the trial ends.

How do I cancel?

In My Page, go to "Account & Billing," select "Cancel or change payment method," and follow the on-screen instructions. If you can't log in, please reach out through our contact form.

Will I lose access as soon as I cancel?

Accepted Answer

No. You can keep using the plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Personality reports and Career Potential Reports you've purchased remain available even after you cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Because this is digital content, we generally can't offer refunds once access has been provided. Exceptions, such as duplicate charges, are described in our Subscription Policy.

How can I view my report on another device?

Accepted Answer

Please log in with the email address you used for your purchase. No password is needed; you log in using the link we send to your email.

Is my information protected?

Accepted Answer

Your answers and results are sent over encrypted connections and stored in a database with access controls. The information we collect and how we use it are described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I stop receiving emails?

You can unsubscribe from announcement emails using the unsubscribe link in the email, or from "Account & Billing" in My Page. Important messages about your purchases or trial can't be turned off.
